The platform gives Intended Parents and Gestational Carriers a dedicated place to find and connect with one another without requiring them to use Quest Surrogacy for full-service agency support. After matching, members can choose the professional support and journey structure that works best for them... including working with Quest Surrogacy.

Quest Match is a self-directed matching platform. Intended Parents and Gestational Carriers browse profiles, choose who they’d like to connect with, and decide together whether they want to move forward. Quest does not automatically assign or pair members. We provide the tools to help you discover, connect, and communicate with potential matches. Members who want additional support after matching can also explore resources and services through Quest Surrogacy.

Every profile is ID-verified. Carriers complete background checks and optional medical record review before earning trust badges. Our team reviews every new profile.

Browse for free. Connect with a membership. Quest is always free for gestational carriers — no subscription, ever. Intended Parents can create a profile, browse gestational carrier profiles, save favorites, and view incoming connection requests for free. Quest Connect Membership is $39.99/month and allows Intended Parents to send connection requests, accept incoming connection requests, message accepted connections, and maintain up to 3 active connections. Cancel anytime. Legal, medical, and compensation costs are separate and discussed openly.

You message privately to get to know each other. When both sides feel ready, Quest helps you move through your journey. We’ll guide you through next steps, coordinate background checks and psychological evaluations, help connect you with the right surrogacy attorney and other trusted professionals for your journey, and help you prepare for medical screening and legal contracts. Quest remains a resource for you as your journey moves forward.
